Red Flags in the Spiritual Community: What to look out for with Psychics, Channelers, Astrologists
Hello beautiful beings!
This may be one of my most important blog posts I’ve written to date. The spiritual community is full of a variety of people, some who will resonate with you and others who wont. The most important thing to remember is to trust yourself! No matter how many followers someone has or how many people rave about them, your intuition is the most important voice to listen to. There are multiple spiritual influencer/channels, with millions of followers, out there that are not only in their ego, but working with darker energies and even 3 letter agencies to influence/manipulate you. Here is how to spot them.
Note: I will not be naming names in this article. I believe the people drawn to these people will be guided to see the truth in divine timing and is a part of the journey. If you are questioning if someone is “good” or has the best intentions for humanity just keep the following in mind.
EGO - Are their messages pure or do they come from ego?
When someone is coming from ego, you will often notice this in your body as a feeling of resistance. You may not consciously realize what this is, so ask yourself does this feel as though it is coming from an intelligent loving place? Someone in their ego may say something that will raise an eyebrow, feel out of place, or even be jarring. I am going to use an example of a channel (who is channeling, but also in his ego) who has millions of views on YouTube. In all of the videos I’ve seen, he never answers personal questions that could be “proven wrong”. He always turns it back on the person and recently shamed a person for their answers when they wouldn’t submit to his directing of the answer. BIG RED FLAG.
Free will - Does the message influence or impede free will?
Rule #1 of higher beings is they cannot influence your free will. If you had an angel session with me and asked if you should leave your job, you will not get a yes or no answer because they will never interfere with your free will; they love you too much. They will speak to you and what comes to your heart in hearing their words you may offer clarity, but they’ll not decide for you. The YouTube channel from above also recently was asked a political question and initially he said they would not comment on it, as a channel myself, I expected that. But then he did something that surprised me. He dropped into his ego and gave 2 options with a clear influence on people’s free will. A fear based biased answer, that was not from a higher being. A higher being would have seen love in both outcomes and know neither side is “right”, as they know politics is part of the theatre.
Fear based content - Fear based content has exploded since 2020
Doomsday is all over the internet from astrologers, psychics, and the like (part of the reason I deleted Meta platforms). Ask yourself, Does their message bring hope, peace, and uplift humanity? Does it bring up fear? We are literally co-creating this world! I know you’ve heard this over and over and you may not believe it fully. I’ve been shown this and I promise you it is true. You are not a victim of the matrix; you’re literally creating it! You are a powerful being and you’ve been conditioned to turn your power over (that’s another blog series) so that those running the show can keep theirs. STOP, stand up and reclaim your birthright. Don’t let negative influencers influence you just because they are “spiritual” or psychic. There are infinite realities and you are switching in and out of them all of the time. Choose the positive thoughts and stay in your heart/love, not fear or you could end up in that reality.
Predictions with dates/times
This is the easiest way to “catch” someone in their ego! The spirit world does not have time the way we do. That is why spirit does not give exact dates, plus there are multiple outcomes. It is all about probabilities. So even when you go to a psychic, that person picks up on what is in your field as the most likely to happen, but sometimes just learning of a potential future that can change the outcome. There is a TikToker with millions of followers who predicted a celebrity’s death on a specific date (ego) and it didn’t happen. Even after the confirmation that she isn’t in alignment all the time, millions keep eating up her doomsday predictions. That’s all ego and spreading fear is the way to manifest that. The spirt world may give time frames of what is to come, but if someone gives you an exact date RUN.
Your gut
If you feel resistance to something the person is saying pay attention and dive deeper into that. Your body is warning you. Why do you feel that way? What does your heart say about the content and/ or the character of the person? Just because a lot of people follow a person, does not mean that person is in alignment with your highest good. Some well meaning people in the spiritual community don’t realize they are not connecting to high level beings. If they realized their “predictions” of doomsday events were helping to create that reality, most would not share their fears onto the masses.
Trusting yourself is the most important thing you can do in this life!
Back in 2020, when the world was a scary place, I sat down to connect to the angels and an ascended master came to me instead. He told me, “It is not your job to shout from the mountain tops and instill fear in others. That is not what you came here to do. You came here to love and bring peace.” He told me that everything was as it should be and all the souls involved signed up for this. That stuck with me as I scrolled instagram and saw psychics, astrologists, healers, and the like all speaking of fear based and ego driven content. They gained massive amounts of followers through fear and much like the news channels, it kept their engagement high. I realized that they were not connecting to high level beings or even the wonderful possible future realities that exist for us. They were in a place of fear, so that is what they brought to them and then shared the message. They’re helping create those realities: fear spreads fear.
I know most are not doing this from an evil place, they are sharing what they experienced, but it would have done humanity so much more good if they had connected with love first. Spirit show me what’s to come for humanity’s highest good, there is no doomsday when you connect with love. Light already won and we are just catching up. There is nothing to fear because no matter what is being collectively created, your soul did sign up for this. The road will be a lot less bumpy is we start connecting to our hearts. What is to come is more beautiful than we could have imagined. We are going through rapid changes as a collective and we all feel this energetically, please remember when fear creeps in, drop down into your heart. You are protected and loved. This reality is far less real than it appears to be.
