Wow, where do I even start.. Shona is absolutely amazing and such a sweet, compassionate, and gifted soul. This was my first experience with Reiki and I am just in awe of my experience. I have struggled with stage 4 endometriosis and recently I had a follow up ultra sound done which revealed adhesions and ovarian cysts and I was told by my dr I’ll likely need yet another surgery, but to get clearer images.
